Unlike any doll before them, Corolle's Poupettes opened real doll play to toddlers ages 2 years and older when they were first introduced in 2002. And then for some reason, Corolle discontinued the line. But Poupettes were extremely popular, and we pleaded with Corolle for a long time to bring them back. Well, the time has finally come...Poupettes are back!

For those of you who don't know, Corolle's Poupettes are a play doll that will not frustrate young toddlers. These dolls are large, yet light weight. They are easy to dress and undress. And best of all, they come in a variety of ethnic styles.

The Poupettes are twelve inch play dolls with extremely soft vinyl heads, arms and legs. Their bodies are filled with firm, yet soft stuffing. And there is a slight amount of beans in their bottoms!

Corolle Poupettes have rooted hair which is easy to brush. And their adorable jumpers use velcro fasteners so young children can easily dress and undress them.

Yes, when Corolle designed the Poupettes they thought of everything...even creating the doll in many likenesses.

Poupette eyes and other facial details are hand painted.
