Although this is a traditional type, classic Erector set, it has some new, modern day features that allows children to create really cool projects including a bicycle, helicopter, dragster and more!

This Erector set includes a whopping 147 parts, illustrated instructions and the tools needed for construction. It even includes pulley and spring mechanisms so your inventor can design their own roving contraption!

What we also like about this set, it encourages children to think and experiment...and to create their own inventions. For instance, the set can make five projects, but the company only includes the complete illustrated instructions for three of the projects with suggestions for the other two...allowing children to develop logical thinking, problem solving skills and to think outside of the box.
