Pre-Authorization Choices Are Further Down The Page If your package is shipping anywhere outside of the 48 Continental United States you must authorize a special services shipping fee when placing an order. Special service shipping means your order is going to be delivered to a street address outside of the 48 Continental United States. It includes Hawaii, Alaska, APO addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands or any other place outside of the United States including Canada, Brazil, England, Japan and so on. We are going to be honest with you. Fees for shipments outside of the 48 states are not cheap. With the exception of our APO fee, the fee we charge is a shipping and handling fee. The rates are based on the destination, the weight and box dimensions of the order, the complexity of the order, and the time involved to process the order. Our fees do not include customs fees, duty fees, local taxes or any other fee your country may charge when the package arrives. Our APO fee is simply an add-on fee which you will be charged in addition to our normal domestic shipping fee. All orders (except APO orders) must have a street address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. After you place a special services order we pack and weigh the order to determine the shipping costs. It does not make sense to place a small order (such as one video) because the cost of shipping will be more than the item is worth. If the amount you authorize is under the shipping fee for your order, we will send you an email message letting you know the total charge for your order including shipping, and wait for further authorization. Your order will not ship unless you approve the amount. But if you authorize a high enough shipping fee, that means you are approving immediate shipment...your order will be automatically processed and shipped in the sequence received provided there are no problems with your order. Generally, orders being shipped outside of the Continental United States ship within 10 business days. If we haven't scared you off yet, below are the various options we offer and their fees! For APO Military Orders Only $6.95 Authorization Keep Scrolling For Other Destinations Outside The Continental US! Orders to APO addresses are charged our normal domestic shipping rates plus this $6.95 fee. In the event your order's actual shipping charge exceeds the total of this surcharge plus our regular shipping charge we will contact you for further approval, otherwise we will simply process and ship your order. Any Country! $75.00 Authorization Most of the smaller orders we ship ($100.00 value) fall at the $75.00 level or below, with the average shipping fee being about $45.00 - $50.00.
