But Molly P Originals want their dolls to look realistic, so they create dolls from photographs of actual babies. They then use a special vinyl formula to cast the dolls, and then use a unique blend of filling to stuff their dolls resulting in a doll that looks and feels like a real baby. Matilda is an 18" baby doll and has an approximate weight of 2.8 lbs., making her an easy doll for children to carry and cuddle. She has dark brown eyes that do not open and close, and she has no hair. Matilda comes dressed as shown above with the matching 16" satin-trimmed blanket.
