Petters Consumer Brands LLC Announce Recall of Batteries Found In Polaroid
Portable DVD Players
In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Petters
Consumer Brands LLC, of Minnetonka, Minn. is voluntarily recalling about
165,000 Battery packs used with Polaroid-brand portable DVD players. The
battery can overheat and melt the plastic case while recharging, posing
a fire and burn hazard to consumers.

Recreational Equipment Inc. Announce Recall of Childrens Bicycles
In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Recreational
Equipment Inc., of Kent, Wash. is voluntarily recalling about 2,800 Novara
Dirt Rider 20-inch 5-speed and 6-speed bicycles. The alloy frame used for
these bicycles can be prone to fatigue failure. Frame failure results in
the separation of the fork, head tube, and handlebar away from the rest
of the bike causing a loss of control and crash, and posing a risk of serious
injury to the rider.

Family Dollar Stores Announce Recall of Spinning Star Christmas Tree Topper
In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Family
Dollar Stores, of Charlotte, N.C. is voluntarily recalling about 13,000
Spinning Star Christmas Tree Toppers. The tree topper can melt or smoke
near the on/off switch, which could pose a fire hazard.

Simplicity Inc. Announce Recall of Graco Branded Aspen Cribs for Suffocation
Risk
In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Simplicity
Inc., of Reading, Pa. is voluntarily recalling about 104,000 Aspen 3 in
1 Cribs, sold under the Graco Trademark. The screws on the wooden mattress
support can come loose allowing a portion of the mattress to fall, posing
a suffocation hazard to young children.

Advantage Publishers Group Announce Recall of Childrens Books
In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Advantage
Publishers Group, of San Diego, Calif. is voluntarily recalling about 41,000
Childrens Books. If the clear plastic container is removed from the books
back cover or breaks, young children can access the beads in it. This poses
a choking hazard to young children.

Maxim Enterprise Inc. Announces Recall of Mini Learning Cube Toy Sold at
Target
In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Maxim
Enterprise Inc. of Lakeville, Mass., and Target of Minneapolis, Minn.,
are voluntarily recalling about 12,000 Little Tree Mini Learning Cubes.
Small wooden pegs in the top corners of the toy can come loose posing a
choking hazard to young children.

Celebrate Express Inc. Announce Recall of Magic Party Favors and Costume
Shield
In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Celebrate
Express Inc., of Kirkland, Wash. is voluntarily recalling about 21,100
magic party favors and 25,500 costume shields. The magic party favors and
the dragon ornament on the shield could break or crack, exposing sharp
points that present a possible laceration hazard to children.

American Honda Motor Corp. Announce Recall of All-Terrain Vehicles
In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), American
Honda Motor Corp. Inc., of Torrance, Calif. is voluntarily recalling about
24,000 Honda Model Year 2005 and 2006 TRX400EX ATVs. A safety defect could
exist in the transmission that could allow the rider to downshift from
1st gear into reverse without operating the reverse assist (lockout) lever.
The reverse lockout spring may not have been properly installed. Unintended
engagement of reverse gear while moving forward could lock the rear wheels
and cause the rider to lose control.

Kids II Inc. Announce Recall of Doorway Baby Jumpers
In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Kids
II Inc., of Alpharetta, Ga. is voluntarily recalling about 14,000 Bounce
Bounce Baby! Door Jumpers. The plastic clamp that attaches the jumper seat
to a door frame can break, which can cause the unit and child to fall to
the floor. This poses an injury hazard to young children.

Chuck E. Cheeses Announce Recall of Plastic Siren Whistles
In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Chuck
E. Cheese's (CEC Entertainment), of Irving, Texas is voluntarily recalling
about 144,000 Plastic Siren Whistles. The recalled plastic siren whistle's
internal pieces can detach from the toy, posing a choking hazard to children.

J & F Design Inc. Announce Recall of Girls Sleepwear Sold at J.C.
Penney Stores
In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), J
& F Design, Inc., of Bell, Calif. is voluntarily recalling about 18,800
Bobby Jack pajama sets. These pajamas sets fail to meet the federal mandatory
standard for flammability of children's sleepwear under the Flammable Fabrics
Act. This poses a risk of burn injuries to children.

Kawasaki Motors Corp. U.S.A. Announce Recall of All-Terrain Vehicles
In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Kawasaki
Motors Corp., U.S.A., of Irvine, Calif. is voluntarily recalling about
21,900 Kawasaki 2005 model year Brute Force ATVs. Tie rod separation caused
by either wear or severe impact can occur during operation, causing the
front wheel to separate from the steering control. Separation of the tie
rod can cause the rider to lose control of the ATV, resulting in a serious
injury or death to the rider.

In

Distributors Inc., of Chicago, Ill. is voluntarily recalling about 1,000
Cachito Pacifiers. The nipples can detach from the base, posing a choking

Stravina Operating Co. Announce Recall of Childrens Metal Necklaces and
Zipper Pulls
In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Stravina
Operating Co., LLC, of Chatsworth, Calif., is voluntarily recalling about
6 million childrens metal necklaces and zipper pulls. The recalled metal
jewelry contains high levels of accessible lead in the metal and/or the
paint, posing a serious risk of lead poisoning to young children. Lead
is toxic if ingested by children and can cause adverse health effects.

Delta Enterprise Corp. Announce Recall of Certain Cribs Sold at Toys R
Us Stores
In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Delta
Enterprise Corp., of New York, N.Y., is voluntarily recalling about 335
Lovs Europa Natural Color Cribs. The crib's paint contains high levels
of lead. Lead poisoning in children is associated with behavioral problems,
learning disabilities, hearing problems and growth retardation.

Wal-Mart Stores Inc. Announce Recall of Toy Sets
In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Wal-Mart
Stores Inc., of Bentonville, Ark., is voluntarily recalling about 7,200
10-in-1 Activity Trunks by Kid Connection. Some of the toys in these trunks
contain small parts, posing a choking hazard to young children.

In

Playthings Inc., of Parsippany, N.J., is voluntarily recalling about 6,000
Flexitoys Monster-Size Vehicles. Small parts can detach, which pose a choking
hazard to young children.

In

Playthings Inc., of Parsippany, N.J., is voluntarily recalling about 1,900
Viking Chubbies Toy Cars. The heads on the figures sold with the cars can
detach, posing a choking hazard to young
children.

Retailers Announce Recall of Waterless Vaporizers and Aromatherapy Diffusers
In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), various
retailers, including Wal-Mart, are voluntarily recalling about 10,000 Vapor-Eze
Waterless Vaporizers and 5,000 Vapor-Eze Aromatherapy Diffusers. A defective
internal heater in the recalled vaporizers and diffusers can cause sparking
and emit flames while in use. This poses a fire, burn and shock hazard
to consumers.

Sycamore Kids Inc. Expands Recall of Mountain Buggy Jogging Strollers
In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Sycamore
Kids Inc., of Fort Collins, Colo., is voluntarily recalling about 3,200
Mountain Buggy Urban Single and Urban Double, Breeze Strollers. The handlebar
can crack or break causing the handlebar to detach while in use, posing
a risk of injury to young children.

American Public Company Announce Recall of Boys Hooded Sweatshirts with
Drawstrings Sold by J.C. Penney
In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), American
Public Co., of New York, N.Y., is voluntarily recalling about 3,400 Hooded
Sweatshirt with Drawstrings. The hooded sweatshirts have drawstrings, posing
a strangulation hazard to children. In February 1996, the CPSC issued guidelines
to help prevent children from strangling or getting entangled on the neck
and waist drawstrings of upper garments such as jackets and sweatshirts.

American Suzuki Motor Corp. Announce Recall of 2005 King Quad All-Terrain
Vehicles
In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), American
Suzuki Motor Corp., of Brea, Calif.; Montgomery Motors Ltd., of Honolulu,
Hawaii and Suzuki Del Caribe, Inc., of Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico., are voluntarily
recalling about 19,600 Suzuki 2005 model year LT-A700XK5 King Quad ATVs.
Use of an improper tie rod adjustment procedure during assembly could lead
to separation of the tie rod end housing from the attachment shaft. This
could cause the rider to lose control of the ATV and result in injury or
death.

American Greetings Corporation Announce Recall of Fairy Wand Party Favors
In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), American
Greetings Corporation, of Cleveland, Ohio, is voluntarily recalling about
14,200 DesignWare® Fairy Wand packages containing four wands each.
The fairy wand party favors can break apart, exposing sharp wires that
pose a laceration hazard to children.

Yamaha Motor Corp., U.S.A. Announce Recall of ATVs
In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Yamaha
Motor Corporation U.S.A., of Cypress, Calif., is voluntarily recalling
about 70,000 Yamaha Bruin 250, Bruin 350 4WD and 2WD, Big Bear 400, Kodiak
400, Kodiak 450, and Wolverine 450 ATVs. The protective boots covering
the steering systems tie-rod ends (universal joints) on the recalled ATVs
could be pinched during installation or adjustment, cutting a hole in the
rubber. If this occurs, grease could escape, and contaminants such as sand
or mud could get into the assembly through the hole, causing accelerated
wear. This could result in abnormal steering free play. If the ATV continues
to be operated without repair, the ball and socket portion of the tie-rod
end could wear to the point that they separate, resulting in loss of steering
control, which could cause a vehicle crash with injury or death.

Dorel Juvenile Group USA Announce Recall to Repair Battery-Powered Ride-On
Vehicles
In cooperation with the
U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Dorel Juvenile Group USA,
of Columbus, Ind., is voluntarily recalling about 141,000 Battery-Powered
Ride-On Vehicles. An electronic malfunction can occur in the ride-on vehicles
circuit board and/or battery connector, resulting in smoking and melting
of components. This poses a vehicle fire hazard and a burn hazard to consumers
if components are touched while malfunctioning.

Delta Cycle Corp. Announce Recall of Picasso Two-Bike Folding Racks
In cooperation with the
U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Delta Cycle Corp., of Foxboro,
Mass., is voluntarily recalling about 3,500 Picasso Two Bike Folding Racks.
The bike racks do not have sufficient hardware to support its weight on
the wall. This can cause the bike rack to unexpectedly fall, hitting a
nearby consumer.

Target Announce Recall of Jumbo Pencils with Sharpeners
In cooperation with the
U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Target Corp., of Minneapolis,
Minn. is voluntarily recalling about 176,000 jumbo pencils with sharpeners.
The sharpeners razor blade is exposed when the cover is removed. Also,
the pencil sharpener hole is large enough to allow a finger to fit inside.
This poses a laceration hazard to children and adults.

Child Craft Industries, Inc. Announce Recall of Cribs
In cooperation with the
U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Child Craft Industries
Inc., of New Salisbury, Ind. is voluntarily recalling 155 Child Craft Cribs.
A wooden strip added to the end assemblies of the crib to correct a spacing
problem could come loose, creating a space in violation of the federal
crib standard and posing a risk of entrapment. In addition, the three pin
nails used to hold the strip in place pose a laceration hazard if the wooden
strip detaches.

Polaris Industries Inc. Announces Recall of Snowmobiles
In cooperation with the
U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Polaris Industries Inc.,
of Medina, Minn. is voluntarily recalling about 16,640 Polaris Snowmobiles.
The fuel tank filler neck on these snowmobiles can crack. A crack in the
filler neck area may cause the filler neck to separate from the fuel tank.
A crack or filler neck separation may allow fuel or fuel vapors to escape
from the fuel tank, posing a fire hazard.

Kelty Announce Recall of Speedster Jogging Stroller

Recreation Products Inc., of Boulder, Colo. is voluntarily recalling 230
Kelty Speedster Jogging Strollers. Stroller handle-locking clips can unlock
during use, causing stroller to collapse.

Bombardier Recreational Products Inc. Announce Recall of All-Terrain Vehicles
In cooperation with the
U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Bombardier Recreational
Products Inc., of Valcourt, Providence of Quebec, Canada is voluntarily
recalling about 275 Bombardier Outlander 800 H.O. XT ATVs. The drive pulley
inner flange could break resulting in the broken flange fragments becoming
a projectile. This situation could cause serious injuries or death to the
rider or bystanders.

Sets

Francisco, Calif. is voluntarily recalling about 7,600 Spindle Cribs. The
spindles on the cribs front rail can loosen and detach from the rail.
This can allow the child to fall from the crib and poses a risk of entrapment.

Floats Sold at CVS Stores

Surf Club Arm Bands. The seams of the inflatable arm bands can tear, causing
them to deflate. This poses a drowning hazard to young children.

Target Announce Recall of Back Trails Jr. Bicycle Helmets
In cooperation with the
U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Target, of Minneapolis,
Minn., is voluntarily recalling about 494,000 Back Trails Jr. Toddler,
Youth and Child Bicycle Helmets. Some of these helmets do not meet CPSC
safety standards for bicycle helmets, which poses a risk of riders suffering
head injuries.

Hidden Hills Productions, Inc. Announce Recall of Floor Mat Map Games
In cooperation with the
U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Team WorldWide Corp., of
Taipei City, Taiwan and Hidden Hills Productions Inc., of Westlake Village,
Calif., are voluntarily recalling 140 Maptangle World Edition Floor Mat
Map Games. The orange paint on the floor mat maps contains excess levels
of lead. Lead poisoning is a serious hazard to children and is associated
with behavioral problems, learning disabilities, hearing problems and growth
retardation.

The stitching that attaches the webbing to the carrier/sling can break,
posing a fall hazard to young children.

of Richmond, British Columbia, Canada, is voluntarily recalling about 3,300
Stork Craft Toy Boxes. The toy box's lid support can fail, allowing the
lid to collapse suddenly. This poses a strangulation hazard to young children,
and possible impact injuries to a child's head, neck, fingers or hands.

New York, N.Y., is voluntarily recalling about 50,400 Water Watches. The
band on the watch contains liquid petroleum distillates. If punctured the
watch band could leak. Petroleum distillates could be harmful if ingested
and cause irritation to the skin or eyes on contact.

Calif., is voluntarily recalling about 1,100 Bicycle Tires. The tire can
separate from the wheel, resulting in a flat tire. This can cause the rider
to lose control and fall.

Baby Sandals. A plastic flower attached to the sandals can pull or snap
off, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Carlos, Calif., is voluntarily recalling about 2,000 Ritchey WCS - Protocol,
Carbon, DS, DS Aero, Girder models (all rear wheels only). The hub in the
bicycles rear wheel can fail to engage properly, causing no resistance

Snowmobiles
In cooperation with the

900 RMK and 900 Switchback Snowmobiles. There are three separate issues
involved in this safety recall: The nut that fastens the upper control
arm ball joint to the suspension spindle can loosen. If this occurs, continued
operation could allow the spindle to break and release the upper control
arm, posing a risk of loss of control of the vehicle. The fuel tanks can
contact the chassis along the bulkheads leading to wear on the tank walls.
This could pose a fuel leakage and possible fire hazard to consumers. The
gasket sealing the fuel pump assembly to the tank can develop cracks. This

250,000 units to date. The bath seats are not intended and should not be

causing a child to fall to the floor.

In cooperation with the
U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), American Honda Motor Co.
Inc., of Torrance, Calif. is voluntarily recalling about 200,000 Honda
2004-2005 FourTrax All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs). The steering rods can separate,
causing the driver to lose steering control. This could cause the ATV to
crash and pose a risk of serious injury or death.

1.5 million Childrens Fishing Poles. The paint on the rods of these fishing
poles contains lead. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can
cause adverse health effects.

Cassette Player/Recorders. The paint on the five control buttons of the
karaoke player contains excessive lead, posing a lead poisoning hazard
to young children. Lead poisoning in children is associated with behavioral
problems, learning disabilities, hearing problems, and growth retardation.

DS650 ATVs
In cooperation with the
U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Bombardier Recreational
Products Inc., of Quebec, Canada, is voluntarily recalling 2,127 Bombardier
DS650 ATVs. The rear axle bearings may have not been sufficiently greased.
This may cause a breaking of the bearing which could make the ATV unstable.
The operator could lose control of the vehicle which could cause injury

ATVs. The fuel tank used on some all-terrain vehicles could develop a fuel

Sets

Graco Childrens Products Announce Recall of Toddler Beds
In cooperation with the

Inc. of Exton, Pa., is voluntarily recalling Graco toddler beds. A childs
arm, leg or foot can become entrapped between the slats in the guard rails
or footboard. This can result in broken bones, sprains and other injuries
to young children.

American Suzuki Motor Corporation Announce Recall of 2004-2005 Vinson and
2005 KingQuad All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs)
In cooperation with the
U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), American Suzuki Motor Corp.,
of Brea, California, is voluntarily recalling about 30,000 Suzuki 2004-2005
model year Vinson and 2005 KingQuad ATVs. Water can enter the throttle
lever case and freeze, causing the throttle lever to become stuck and fail
to automatically return to the idle position when the rider releases the
throttle. If the throttle lever does not automatically return to the idle
position when the rider releases the throttle, the ATV will not slow down
as the rider expects. The rider could lose control of the ATV and an accident
resulting in injury or death could occur.

Skylighter Inc. Announce Recall of Musical Flower Birthday Candleholders
In cooperation with the
U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Skylighter Inc., of Round
Hill, Va., is voluntarily recalling about 120 candle holders. The center
of the candle has an unexpected high flame and the plastic petals could
ignite resulting in melting and dripping plastic. The ignited plastic could
also spread to nearby combustibles and pose a fire hazard to consumers.
The battery contained in the middle of candle could eventually explode.

Polaris Industries Announce Recall of 900 Fusion, 900 RMK and 900
Switchback Snowmobiles
In cooperation with the
U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Polaris Industries, Inc.,
of Medina, Minn., is voluntarily recalling about 11,560 Polaris 900 Fusion
900 RMK and 900 Switchback Snowmobiles. The snowmobile wiring harness
may be routed in a way that could disconnect the engine stop switch and
the throttle safety switch connector. If this connector becomes unplugged,
the engine stop and the throttle safety switches will no longer function.
This could pose a possible crash hazard. However, the keyed ignition switch
will continue to function and will shut down the vehicle when the key is
in the OFF position. The thumb warmer and right-hand warmer could also
become unplugged under these harness-routing conditions.

Kawasaki Motors Corp. U.S.A. Announce Recall of Kawasaki Prairie 700 ATVs
In cooperation with the
U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Kawasaki Motors Manufacturing
Corp., USA of Lincoln, Neb., is voluntarily recalling about 1,140 Kawasaki
Prairie 700 4x4 all-terrain vehicles (ATVs). The age recommendation warning
label is missing. Children under 16 years old riding these adult-size ATVs
can suffer serious injury or death.

Bernat Yarn Announce Recall of Fur Out Yarn
In cooperation with the
U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Spin Rite LP of Ontario,
Canada, is voluntarily recalling About 730,000 1.75-ounce balls of "Fur
Out" yarn. Fur Out yarn is flammable when used as the sole yarn in a
garment. Garments constructed of Fur Out yarn are dangerously flammable
when exposed to a flame, posing a burn risk to consumers.

Tiffany and Company Announce Recall of Farm Teether Rattles
In cooperation with the

about 3,700 Farm Teether Rattles. A metal bar on the rattle can break off
during use, releasing small round beads and small farm animal figures that

Posts

of Bethel, Conn. is recalling about 1,480 1-X Bicycle Suspension Seat Posts.
The seat posts may have been improperly manufactured, which could cause
the seat post to fail prematurely. A failure could lead to a crack in the
bicycle seat post, which may cause the rider to fall or crash.

Taiwan, R.O.C. is recalling about 1,000 90cc units and 39 50cc units of
Kolpin Powersports 50cc and 90cc Youth All Terrain Vehicles (ATVs). Metal-flange
locking nuts securing the tie rod assemblies, integral to the steering
system on the Youth ATV, can come loose. The resulting unstable steering
condition could result in serious injury or death to a rider.

which can leak onto the outside of the cup and could come into contact

doing business as Spartan Sports, of King of Prussia, Pa. is recalling
about 4,300 electric scooters. A knob can loosen and cause the handlebar
to detach from the scooter. Additionally, the folding joint lock on the
model FS-101 scooter can break, causing the handlebars to release from
the upright position. Both hazards can cause the rider to lose control
and fall from the scooter.

In cooperation with the

of Goodlettsville, Tenn. is recalling about 180,000 dive stick packages.
Children can fall or land on these upright dive sticks in shallow water
and suffer impalement injuries. CPSC banned pre-weighted dive sticks in
2001.

In

Sport Companies, Inc., of Broomfield, Colo. is voluntarily recalling about
1,470 table Soccer Games. The lighting structures may spark if the tube
lights are not properly installed, posing a fire hazard.

In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Meijer
Distribution Inc., of Grand Rapids, Mich. is voluntarily recalling about
14,400 childrens snow suits and jackets . These snow suits and jackets
have decorative compasses and corded zipper pull tags that can come off,
posing a choking hazard to young children.

In

Andersson of Portland, Oregon is voluntarily recalling About 1,900 Childrens
Corduroy Overalls. The buttons on the front and side panels of the overalls
can detach from the garment, posing a choking hazard to young children.

In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), J.C.
Penney Corporation, of Plano, Texas is voluntarily recalling about 41,300
Okie Dokie alligator football pajama sets. The heat-sealed patches on the
front of the garment can detach, posing a possible choking hazard to young
children.

Answer Products Inc. Announce Recall of Bicycle Suspension Forks
In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Answer
Products, Inc., Valencia, CA is voluntarily recalling about 8,032 Manitou
bicycle suspension forks. The top of the Manitou bicycle suspension fork,
when fully compressed, may contact the front tire, resulting in a loss
of control of the bicycle and presenting a fall hazard to a bicyclist.

Cannondale Bicycle Corp. Announce Recall of Certain Quick-Release Handlebar
Bags
In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Cannondale
Bicycle Corp., of Bethel, Conn. is voluntarily recalling about 2,600 Crossroads
and Perimeter handlebar bags. The plastic, handlebar-mounted, quick-release
bags can fall off the bicycle while it is being ridden, causing the rider
to crash.

Petit Bateau Announce Recall of Childrens Bathrobes
In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Petit
Bateau, of Millburn, N.J. is voluntarily recalling about 2,700 childrens
bathrobes. These robes fail to meet the childrens sleepwear flammability
standards, posing a risk of burn injury to children due to the possible
ignition of the garment.

Quality Bicycle Products Announce Recall of Bicycle Forks
In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Quality
Bicycle Products, Inc., of Bloomington, Minn. is voluntarily recalling
about 500 Salsa Campeon Bicycle Forks. The steering tube on the bicycle
fork can crack or break, causing a sudden loss of steering control and
causing a fall hazard to bicyclists.

In

Earlyears® Spirolly Rattle. The spiral section of the rattle can come
apart, releasing small balls inside. This can pose a choking hazard to
young children.

multicolored beads inside the toys can become accessible to children, posing

can detach from the bottle, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Bicycle Inc., of Newbury Park, Calif. is voluntarily recalling about 160
Rainier Mountain Bicycles. The front brake mounting tabs can break, causing
the brakes to fail and the rider to lose control of the bicycle.

Full Speed Ahead Announce Recall of Scatto Bicycle Wheel Quick Releases
In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Full
Speed Ahead, Inc. of Woodinville, Washington is voluntarily recalling about
1,375 Bicycle wheel quick releases. An internal part in the lever mechanism
can break, reducing clamping effectiveness and rendering the unit inoperable,
potentially causing a bicyclist to fall.

In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Specialized
Bicycle Components Inc., of Morgan Hill, Calif. is voluntarily recalling
about 1,500 Bicycles. The handlebar may loosen and turn unexpectedly, which
can cause the rider to lose control and fall.

PlayKids USA, Inc. of Brooklyn, N.Y. Announce Recall baby Walkers
In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), PlayKids
USA, Inc. of Brooklyn, N.Y. is voluntarily recalling about 1,600 baby Walkers.
The walkers will fit through a standard doorway and are not designed to
stop at the edge of a step. Babies using these walkers can be seriously
injured or killed if they fall down stairs.

In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Sauder
Woodworking Co., of Archbold, Ohio is voluntarily recalling about 300,000
TV/VCR carts. The carts can tip over and the television can fall off, posing
a risk of serious injury or death if the TV and cart fall on a child.

Natura Products Downey Inc. Announce Recall of Pacifiers
In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Natura
Products Downey Inc., of City of Commerce, Calif. is voluntarily recalling
about 9,400 Jaloma pacifiers. The pacifiers are banned under federal law.
They failed federal safety tests, come apart, and can pose a choking hazard
to infants and small children.

Delta Enterprise Corp. Announce Recall to Repair Directors Chairs for
Children
In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Delta
Enterprise Corp., of New York, N.Y. are voluntarily recalling about 81,000
Directors Chairs for children. The chair can inadvertently be misassembled
so that the fabric seat can come off the chairs frame and expose metal
support rods. If fabric seat comes off the frame, there is a laceration
and fall hazard to young children.

Performance Inc. and Supergo Inc. Announce Recall of Bicycle Handlebars
In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Performance
Inc. and Supergo Inc., of Chapel Hill, N.C. are voluntarily recalling about
300 Forte Flyte OS and Weyless CF200 Carbon Handlebars. The handlebars
can develop cracks that may not be visible, which can cause the handlebar
to break without warning, resulting in serious injury or death.

Regal Lager Announce Recall to Repair Baby Björn Infant Carriers
In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Regal
Lager Inc., of Kennesaw, Ga. is voluntarily recalling Baby Björn baby
carriers. The back support buckle can detach from the shoulder straps,
posing a fall hazard to the baby.

Hasbro Inc. Announce Recall of Monster Rockets
In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Hasbro
Inc., of Pawtucket, R.I. is voluntarily recalling about 230,000 Super Soaker
Monster Rockets. The cap on the water tank can unexpectedly and forcibly
project off when it is quickly unscrewed from the tank, posing a risk of
impact injuries to users or bystanders. In addition, the rockets tail
can strike a user or bystander on descent, if the rocket is not fully launched,
posing a risk of injury. .

Target Announce Recall of Electric Scooters
In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Target
Corp., of Minneapolis, Minn. is voluntarily recalling approximately 74,811
Leoch Electric Scooters (also known as Red Dragon and E-Scooter). Improper
wiring can cause a short circuit, posing a fire hazard in the scooter.
In addition, inadequate insulation may expose electrical wiring, which
poses a shock hazard.

Regal Lager Inc. Announce Recall to Repair Stroller Attachments
In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Regal
Lager Inc., of Kennesaw, Ga. is voluntarily recalling approximately 11,500
Lascal Buggy Board stroller attachments. The Buggy Boards red connecting
pins can break, causing the board to partially detach from the stroller
or carriage, posing a fall hazard to the user.

Aviva Sports Announce Recall to Repair Astroslide Water Slides
In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Aviva
Sports, of Osage Beach, Mo. is voluntarily recalling approximately 7,500
Astroslide Inflatable Water Slides. These water slides have an excessive
length of rope attached to the safety mat that presents a risk of entanglement
in the water. This poses a drowning hazard to users.

In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), BMW
of North America, LLC, of Woodcliff Lake, N.J. is voluntarily recalling
161 SlideCarver Scooters. The front column of the scooter does not meet
impact resistance standards. The handlebar column can break if the scooter
hits an object, which can cause the rider to fall and suffer injuries.

PTI Sports Inc. Announce Recall of Schwinn Toddler Bicycle Helmets
In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), PTI
Sports Inc., of Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. is voluntarily recalling about
about 9,000 Schwinn-brand Toddler bicycle helmets. The helmets do not comply
with impact testing requirements in the Consumer Product Safety Act.

In

Company and Pokémon Center NY, of New York, N.Y., is voluntarily
recalling about 7,400 Pokémon plush dolls, beanbags, and key chains.
Tips of sewing needles have been found in the stuffing posing a puncture
hazard.

In

Inc., of Madison, Va., is voluntarily recalling about 22,500 Peek-a-Boo
Balls. The wooden rings on the holes of the product may crack, allowing
the small wooden heads to fall out and pose a choking hazard to young children.

Stores
In
cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Determined
Productions Inc., of Larkspur, Calif., is voluntarily recalling 90,000
Plush Frog Stuffed Animals. The seams in the toy can tear open and expose
small plastic pellets, posing a choking or aspiration hazard to young children
who mouth the pellets.
