The best way to contact us is by e-mail. Our email address is customer_service@liveandlearn.com. And the best way to place an order is to use our secure online shopping cart system. But telephone orders are also welcome.

We monitor email throughout the day, usually 7 days a week. You will be surprised how quickly we will respond to your email (provided a response is appropriate). It is our favorite way to correspond!

You can use email to ask us a question, to make a comment, to request a Return Authorization or if you are having a problem submitting an order online. Every email message we receive is reviewed by a real person.

But please note, when you send us an email message you will first receive an automated response, commonly called an auto responder. The auto responder lets you know we received your email message, and that a response from a real person should be coming soon.

Phone operators are generally available from 9:30 AM until 4:30 PM Eastern Time, Monday - Friday. Our phone number is 443-394-8501. We are happy to answer your questions, make gift suggestions or assist you with placing an order. If you call us to place an order and already know what you want, we suggest you have your Product ID numbers ready and your credit card handy to speed the process.

If you are ever in our area you can stop in to chat with us and browse our warehouse. We would love to meet you. We are located in the Owings Mills Business Park (the same business park as the Emissions Testing Facility), which is just a few minutes from the Owings Mills Blvd. exit on 795.
