This lovely blonde with striking blue eyes is wearing a gray flannel dropped waist dress with a flounce skirt that has added "pouf" from the red crinoline beneath it. The dress is accented with a red plaid ribbon with a bow. A red velour shrug completes her ensemble. Her long blonde hair is held back with a red headband that also has a pretty red bow.
