Tambourine, 6 inch with head

This tambourine has a 6 inch diameter with five sets of jingles. The top of the tambourine is covered with real rawhide. Because the head is made from rawhide, the color and consistency varies from instrument to instrument. Tambourines can be shaken, hit with the hand, banged against the body and used in many other ways. A few good tambourine players are essential in any rhythm band.
