The Madeline doll comes in her traditional schoolgirl outfit with the classic blue coat and yellow hat.
Of course, Madeline has her appendix scar. She wouldn't be Madeline without her scar.
The vinyl pink panties are part of the doll and can't be removed. But everything else can be removed, including the shoes and socks. The clothes have velcro closures making it easier to dress Madeline.
